Bio
My name is Steven "Fish" Riddick and I am a junior student at DePaul University (2024) in Chicago majoring in Game Programming and minoring in Game Design. Making games has always been a passion of mine since I was very young, and I always knew that I wanted to become a Game-Maker once I grew up and got a job. Due to this passion for the art, I decided to pursue a degree in programming, specifically, with the intent of improving my current programming skills and have more ability to create an amazing game that people would enjoy. I currently have experience in the programming languages Java, Python, C# and Javascript.
In addition to programming, I also am a published author of three books in a ten-book series! The name of the books in said series are Fish's Awesome Book. Due to having written the first book of the series in my eight grade of middle school, the name of the book and series as a whole is not that creative. However, thanks to the help of Amazon Kindle's Direct Publishing, I can proudly say that I am the published author of a modern-futuristic-medieval fantasy book series.
NightSpider Cave Alpha
This video displays an alpha of a game that I have built and created. The purpose of creating this game was to learn the interface of Unreal, resulting in the very rudimentary assets and backgrounds.
